T We have successfully developed and completed a large number of projects over the previous seven years, including luxury apartment buildings, restaurants, hotels, and villas all around the world.
Due to a robust market and a growing clientele in Asia, we are now searching for intelligent, motivated individuals who are keen to join our company and help us grow our UAE team and office. Our new branch in Dubai opened its doors not too long ago.

Job Summary:
At Claire Dominic Buru, we're looking for a proactive person to become a Sales Administrator on our team. You will play a crucial role as a sales administrator, particularly in terms of promoting our expertise and products.
Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough grasp of our goods and services so that you can explain their advantages, features, and value propositions to prospective customers.
Prospecting: Use social media and other resources to find and connect with potential clients. Client Engagement: To build and maintain enduring relationships, identify your clients' needs, offer solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Client Communication: Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction, respond to their inquiries, and provide updates during the sales process.
Sales Presentations: Deliver captivating sales presentations and demos to potential clients in order to showcase our offerings and persuade them to collaborate with CDB on projects.
Negotiation: To ensure that the customer and the company come out on top, work out terms and seal sales agreements.
Sales reporting: Maintain thorough records of all sales-related activities, monitor your success in relation to goals, and send management reports on a regular basis.
Market research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor moves, and customer preferences to provide meaningful data for your sales strategy.
Record-keeping: Maintain sales documents, such as quotes, orders, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders, to guarantee accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Skills:
Requirements:
Experience: Three years or more in the interior design industry or a similar field such as construction, architecture, joinery/woodwork, fit out, or kitchens, with experience managing sales and working with clients.
Expertise: Extensive understanding and acquaintance with design and architecture, custom or customized joinery, fit out, or kitchen goods and procedures is highly valued.
Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize them sensibly in a busy work setting.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on developing relationships and interacting with clients.
Networking: It helps if you've previously made connections at events with general contractors, property developers, architects, and designers.
Precise attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in order processing and paperwork.
Software Proficiency: Thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and CRM.
Possessing a vehicle and a driver's license is useful.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST!
Being able to speak Russian well is advantageous.
Being proficient in Arabic is beneficial.
It helps to speak other European languages fluently.
